Update 17th December 2021

The report on the Bowes Primary Area Quieter Neighbourhood published on the 8^th December 2021 has been updated today with an addendum. The update provides the decision maker with additional information about the traffic analysis conducted on data collected in September 2021 during the fuel crisis. The recommendations and conclusions within the report have not changed. The report is still under consideration, with a decision anticipated shortly.
