The following decision will come into effect on Monday 30 July 2018:
1. To note the issues raised in response to the statutory consultation and the officer responses set out in Section 6 of the report.
2. To approve expenditure of £100,000 to enable the scheme illustrated on drawings. Q18-2017-196-100-01 and 02 to be implemented, including modifying the layout of the junction of Bury Street West and Church Street by constructing two central islands to create a cycle crossing and informal pedestrian crossing.
