Curate Enfield Brings Local Creativity to The Pineapples Awards!

We’re delighted to share that Curate Enfield has been shortlisted for a Pineapple Award in the Community Engagement category!
The Pineapples are national awards celebrating the very best in placemaking and place-led initiatives across the UK. They recognise projects that create meaningful social, environmental, and economic impact - transforming places into vibrant, welcoming spaces where people love to live, work, and spend time.
This year, 129 outstanding projects have been shortlisted across 20 categories, and we are incredibly proud that Curate Enfield’s work has been recognised on this national stage.
Over the past two years, Curate Enfield has delivered 40 inspiring new public artworks in partnership with local communities. These bold and imaginative installations have transformed our high streets and town centres - celebrating the talent and creativity of Enfield residents while making public spaces more engaging, inclusive, and joyful for everyone.
We’ll be presenting our project online at the Festival of Pineapples on Wednesday 25 February, with winners to be announced later in spring 2026.
The event is free to attend - you can register and watch online here: Festival of Pineapples
We are immensely proud that Enfield’s creativity is being recognised nationally. This shortlist celebrates not only our project, but the passion, imagination, and community spirit of everyone who has helped bring it to life!
