Dugdale Centre brings live entertainment to Library Green in Enfield

Enfield Council is inviting residents to a week-long culture festival on Library Green in Enfield Town from Monday 31 May to Sunday 6 June. The Dugdale Centre is currently serving the community as a COVID-19 vaccination centre but its determination to bring great arts and culture to the borough is shown in this new festival, Dugdale on the Green, thanks to funding from the Culture Recovery Fund.

Enfield Town will be alive this half term with amazing experiences. Residents and visitors will have the opportunity to see giant stilt puppets, watch balloon artists in action, meet Sparky the Robot, and marvel at the Black Eagles, a troupe of totally stunning acrobats from Tanzania who are now based in the UK.

There is also plenty of talent from Enfield in the spotlight. Beloved Dugdale regular pianist Gwen Lee returns, and Natalie from Magic If Theatre will be joining the line-up on 2 June at 12 noon.
