December 2023 Update - Construction Works and Off-Carriageway Report

Construction works on the bridges over the New River at Goat Lane and Turkey Street have completed!

A post implementation road safety audit will be undertaken to identify any safety concerns. These activities may result in some minor amendments being made to the construction works.

The Journeys and Places Team would like to thank everyone for their co-operation whilst the construction has been undertaken.

Also, the off-carriageway report was published following a decision by the Cabinet Member for Environment to proceed with the implementation of the off-carriageway part of the Enfield Town to Broxbourne Walking and Cycling Route. The decision was not called-in and so the decision to proceed with implementation has now been implemented.
