November 2023 - Statutory consultation Response to Objections

Thank you to everyone who took part in the statutory consultation and provided representations or objections on the Maidstone Road Public Space Improvements project earlier this year. We have now published the Response to Objections which can be found under the ‘Documents Library’ tab on the right-hand side of this project page. This document addresses all the objections that were raised during the statutory consultation and outlines the Council’s response.

Following careful consideration of the responses to statutory for changes at Maidstone Road/Warwick Road, a decision has been made to progress with implementation. Implementation is expected to commence in January 2024.
