A10 Cambridge Gardens Junction Crossing Upgrade
Transport for London are carrying out construction works at the A10 / Cambridge Gardens junction to upgrade the existing crossing.
Construction is scheduled to take place between 20 July and late September 2026. Where possible, works have been planned during the summer holiday period to help reduce disruption.
Transport for London (TfL), working with Enfield Council, is completing improvements along the route between New River (Tenniswood Road) and Brick Lane. As part of these works, the crossing at A10 Cambridge Gardens will be upgraded to:
- Improve safety for people using the crossing
- Provide a more accessible crossing point
- Improve connections between communities on either side of the A10
- Provide for walking, wheeling and cycling as part of wider travel options
