Key Dates

We are excited to announce that Devonshire Square will be officially launched from 1pm on Saturday 24 March. 

Following several years of consultation with local residents, communities and businesses to define this new community and cultural space in the heart of Palmers Green, construction on Devonshire Square is almost complete. The striking new design includes several new mosaic artworks depicting cherished landmarks and key moments in Palmers Green's history, which have been co-designed with pupils from Laurel Park School; informal seating, attractive signage and a community notice board; and introduces new greening elements including a rain garden. 

Devonshire Square is designed to be a flexible space to accommodate a wide variety of events, activities and uses led by the local community. 

The launch event will commence at 1pm with an official ribbon cutting and welcoming remarks, followed by a live performance from the band Lost Chimes. Refreshments from local cafes will be served throughout until the event's close at 3pm.
