Park Lane and Hazelbury Green Improvements

Enfield Council is working in collaboration with Cadent as part of the Haselbury Improvements Scheme. While Cadent are upgrading their gas mains in the area, there is an opportunity to improve the green spaces at Park Lane and Hazelbury Green

What Cadent are doing this summer:

• Replacing ageing gas pipes to provide safe and reliable gas pipes into the 21^st Century
• Carrying out safety-critical maintenance work

The improvement works at Park Lane include:

• Removing the fences and brick wall to make it a more open and safer space
• Formalising the no vehicular entry on the eastern access of the northern route to and from Park Lane/Sweet Briar Walk
• Introducing new planting and sustainable drainage to make the green space better for people and wildlife

The improvement works at Hazelbury Green include:

• Removing the fences to make it a more open and safer space
• Introducing new planting and sustainable drainage to make the green space better for people and wildlife
