Southgate Celebrates Weekend Festival
The Southgate Celebrates Weekend Festival kicks off on Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th May.
Join us at the Pocket Park (in front of Nando’s) for a weekend of activities that bring the community together. The weekend will be full of fun and creative activities across both days for everyone to enjoy.
Saturday 16th May, from 10am to 4pm
Is all about arts, crafts and creativity. You can get involved in activities such as printmaking and a poetry writing workshop.
Sunday 17th May, from 10am to 2pm
Sunday's programme turns to music and fitness. Take part in energetic sessions led by Protofit Fitness and enjoy live music from, the New River Dixielanders and the P’s & Q’s Band throughout the day.
This community festival is organised by Southgate District Civic Voice as part of the Culture Place Activation for Southgate. All activities are free to attend and everyone is welcome.
