Update April 2022

Having considered the report submitted by officers, The Council has requested that further parking surveys are conducted in the area at various times of day and on different days of the week before making a decision on the future of this scheme and any changes made to it.

Overview

Enfield Council consulted residents of Manor Road on the idea of a Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ). A positive response was received overall. Recently we asked the residents of Halifax Road if they too felt parking controls were necessary and the responses we received suggested they are. The Council aims to proceed with introducing the scheme in Summer/Autumn 2019.


The Manor Road and Halifax Road Permit Parking Area has now been in place for over six months.

The Council is now considering all of the representations made during the statutory consultation before deciding whether or not to make the scheme permanent.


This survey is a further opportunity to let us know what you think about the trial.
