Please complete this form to apply to become a member of the Journeys and Places Disability Reference Group. If you require any assistance with applying, staff at the Council’s Community Hubs are available to help you. There are drop-in face-to-face sessions between 9.30am and 2.30pm Monday to Friday at our Community Hubs at Edmonton Green and Enfield Town Libraries. There is no need to book, just turn up.
