Changes to waiting and loading restrictions near Southgate Circus, and parking on Fox Lane (between the railway bridge and Pellipar Close)

Enfield Council is proposing changes to waiting and loading restrictions around Southgate Circus and to parking restrictions on Fox Lane between the railway bridge and Pellipar Close following a review of traffic data and feedback received from residents.

Southgate Circus

Changes to waiting and loading around Southgate Circus and its approaches and exits are proposed to ensure these areas are kept clear for the movement of all traffic, including emergency services, buses and other large vehicles. This includes the introduction of new “at any time” waiting and loading restrictions on some sections of Southgate Circus N14, Chase Side N14, High Street N14, The Bourne N14 and Winchmore Hill Road N14.

Fox Lane (between the railway bridge and Pellipar Close)

Changes to parking on Fox Lane between the railway bridge and Pellipar Close are proposed. This includes removing sections of yellow lines to introduce approximately 10 unrestricted parking spaces on Fox Lane.
