Statutory Consultation - Sunnyside CPZ

Following the engagement period held in June 2025, the Council has decided to proceed to statutory consultation on a draft traffic order with a revised proposal in consideration of resident feedback. Based on the feedback received, it is proposed that the CPZ operate from 12pm to 9pm on Event and Match days only.

Details of the proposals and draft traffic order TG52/1597 can be found in the Documents section on the right hand side of this project page and will be uploaded onto the Council website here. We invite residents, businesses, and any other interested stakeholders to take part in the statutory consultation. Please make your representation or objection in writing stating the grounds on which it is being made and quoting the reference TG52/1597 no later than 11.59pm on Sunday 26 October 2025. Following the statutory consultation, a summary of objections and representations will be produced. Enfield Council will provide a response and use the comments received to make a decision on whether or not to implement the CPZ.
