Bowes Primary QN Permit Trial Feedback

In September 2025, we introduced a resident permit trial to the Bowes Primary Area Quieter Neighbourhood. Under the trial, residents living within the eligible area can apply for a permit to exempt a motor vehicle from the Warwick Road and Maidstone Road Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) camera modal filters. The trial was introduced with up to 1 permit per household. From June 2026, residents can now apply for up to 2 permits per household. The permit trial area is shown in yellow on the map below. 

We invite you to take part in a short survey about your experience of the neighbourhood since the permit trial scheme began. We are interested in any impacts you have noticed on traffic, safety, or how you travel.
