What is a Quick Win?

A Quick Win project is a small project that will help people walk and cycle more and safely in the borough. Examples of Quick Wins are a new zebra crossing being painted to cross to a park, new sheffield bike stands, better wayfinding information, removal of a post on a footway or a new dropped kerb connecting to a shared path.

How will my ideas be used?

We are collecting your ideas for Quick Win projects to create a list of small projects that help us provide a connected network for people to walk and cycle across the borough. We are also collecting ideas for future walking and cycling projects to help us identify where people are interesting in new pathways. The ideas will be assessed for feasibility and prioritised, and as funding becomes available we will begin implementing them.

Why do I need to sign up to add an idea?

We are asking to you sign up (or sign in) using your email address and a screen name so that we can contact you about this consultation and other relevant engagement opportunities in the future. It would also be helpful to us for you to provide your suburb and relationship to the area. This information helps us better understand who is engaging with us from the borough.

How can I hear updates about these projects?

To hear about when some of these projects are implemented, follow Cycle Enfield on Facebook and Twitter, and sign up to our fortnightly newsletter. You can also find information on our projects on the Cycle Enfield website under 'Projects'.

When will the suggestions be delivered?

The ideas that have been identified will be reviewed by Enfield Council and will be considered for delivery as part of existing projects and or when funding is identified.
